She started her career in the Corporate sector. With her capability to execute assignments in a challenging environment, Later she joined a newly formed Startup for the food chain as CFO. Her hard work and dedication with an energetic attitude among assigned team members, resulted in establishing the brand name of Neo Pizza in the Indian Market. Her leadership quality was recognized and counted as part of the Success writer management team for the Food Chain Startup.
After 8 years of multi task success story with rich manpower utilisation experience she moved to utilize her entrepreneur skill by fulfilling Gap between Corporates talent search and Professional requirement.

Mrs. Sonali Jadhav is the Technical Director of Company. She has done her Post-graduation in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Mumbai University and thereafter worked as Professor, in her early stage of career.
After completing an extensive span of 13 years in teaching profession, she switched to focus on communication gap between available professionals in the market and multinational companies talent search, with her entrepreneur skill by new startup platform. This startup assists both multinational companies in talent search and also works as a ladder for skilled professionals to achieve their goal.
