Full Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for Instrumentation Engineer (Oil and Gas) at Vadodara Location (MNC Client).

Duration:- 01 Year TPC (Extendable)

Experience - 03 -10 yrs in Oil and Gas

Qualification:- BE Instrumentation & Control

Job Discription:

1. Basic and Detailed Engineering experience
2. Read P&IDs and prepare Instrument Index
3. Experience in preparation of Material Requisitions, offer evaluation, Technical Bid Evaluation Summary, and review of post order Vendor documents for Field Instruments, Analysers, Control System, and Instrument bulks.
4. Experience in preparation of Specifications and Datasheets for field instruments, control systems and instrument bulks
5. Sizing and Selection of Valves and Flow elements utilizing industry standard software like CONVAL, InstruCalc.
6. Experience in Control System Engineering - IO List, Logic diagram, Control Narrative, System Architecture, Review of system vendor drawings, interface with packaged equipments.
7. Experience in review of engineering deliverables related to Packaged Equipments (Compressor unit, Fired heater, Gas dehydration unit etc) and their interfaces with main plant.
8. Experience in preparation of Impulse line hook-up diagrams, Instrument level sketches, cable schedule, cable drum schedule, UPS power distribution list, Power consumption list etc.
9. Conversant with International Codes, Standards and Recommended Practices used in Oil and Gas Industry
10. In depth knowledge of Hazardous Area protection types for field Instruments and bulks
11. Familiar with EPC Engineering workflow and interface with other engineering disciplines
