Instrumentation Engineer (Fresher)

Full Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER - Fresher at Vadodara Location (MNC Client).

Duration: 01 Year TPC (Extendable)

Experience: 0-2 yrs

Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Instrumentation Engineering 

JOB PROFILE (Exposure May given on following JD)

•  Basic and Detailed Engineering experience
•  Read P&IDs and prepare Instrument Index
• preparation of Material Requisitions, offer evaluation, Technical Bid Evaluation Summary, and review of post order Vendor documents for Field Instruments, Analysers, Control System, and Instrument bulks.
• preparation of Specifications and Datasheets for field instruments, control systems and instrument bulks
•  Sizing and Selection of Valves and Flow elements utilizing industry standard software like CONVAL, InstruCalc.
• Control System Engineering - IO List, Logic diagram, Control Narrative, System Architecture, Review of system vendor drawings, interface with packaged equipments.
• review of engineering deliverables related to Packaged Equipments (Compressor unit, Fired heater, Gas dehydration unit etc) and their interfaces with main plant.
• preparation of Impulse line hook-up diagrams, Instrument level sketches, cable schedule, cable drum schedule, UPS power distribution list, Power consumption list etc.
• International Codes, Standards and Recommended Practices used in Oil and Gas Industry
• knowledge of Hazardous Area protection types for field Instruments and bulks
• EPC Engineering workflow and interface with other engineering disciplines.
